I just participated in the SAFe Advanced Scrum Master training. It was as expected but a little too much pure SAFe material and not enough Scrum Master. But I feel more rounded and able to add value. Certification badge if interested 🙂

Jim has completed working as a Scrum Master for two teams (Arla Member Relations and Arla Marketing) which needed to review existing practices, consent forms and communication. Arla is one of the few organizations in Denmark working with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
