Agile Leadership - Observe, Orient, Decide, Act
When I was developing Smalltalk applications back in the mid-1990's, I used the spiral model to iterate through the requirements, get results quickly and minimize the risk. Ten years later, working as a project manager, I was using agile principles to configure a PPM solution to deliver the project before the contract milestone(s), reduce costs and collect a nice bonus for our effort.
Since 2010, I have focused exclusively on Agile Leadership practices including Scrum, Kanban, Lean as well as how to scale agile practices via SAFe. I have served/lead the teams as the Scrum Master and Agile Coach.
How I can Help
I have worked with several teams with a diverse nationalities, with local and remote resources which were both senior level developers and newly educated engineers.
I am driven to help individuals reach their potential and for teams to become high-performing by delivering tangible results. I take a pragmatic approach to decision making, use situational leadership and adopt a coaching mentality.
